At Xriba, we consider Strive School graduates as people with the equivalent of one-year work experience. When Michele joined our team he was able to build from day one, get up to speed with our codebase, participate in standups, work with Asana, and was confident with Git and async collaboration, all while shipping new features.
Strive School is an intensive, six-month, full-time program that prepares students to be ready to work from day one using the most recent technologies and industry standards
We select about 5% of all applicants. Every student passes through a motivational interview, a technical and logical benchmark, and a final Tech Review with one of our Tech Partners.
Every two weeks every student must go through a benchmark on the subject of the previous two weeks and deliver a project within eight hours. We ask students that don't met our goals to join the next cohort.
We don't have a typical student profile; some of our students are STEM graduates searching for a more practical approach, others are pivoting away from traditional university programs. They all have in common their high determination and the potential to be top developers.
Strive School students are located across all of Europe, with a particular focus in Germany, Italy and UK.
